Thank you for shopping with Battle Ready Boxes. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to ensure you know exactly what to expect at checkout.
Orders under $65: $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping
Orders $65 and over: FREE Shipping
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days to arrive at your door. We utilize UPS and USPS to ensure the most reliable delivery.
2. Processing Times
We know you’re excited to get your gear. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. While we strive to get all orders shipped the very next day, please allow for extra time during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Major US Holidays
3. Tracking Your Order
Transparency is key. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Domestic Shipping, P.O. Boxes, & APO/FPO
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Please note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@battlereadyboxes.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and we will work with you to make it right, whether that be a replacement, refund, or anything else we can do to make it a good experience.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, don't worry. We will make every effort to contact you as soon as the package returns to our facility to verify the correct details and get your package back out to you as quickly as possible.
